Restoring my soul.

The way of life is always changing, an inevitable flow of slow water and rapids.  As goes my search for the perfect “me” job.

The surface stuff and facts are I am mature of age not necessarily of mind.  I am a mum and a wife, a practicer of yoga and meditation( a necessity).

Let me introduce the real me, details you won’t glean from my extensive professional resume or from a 5 minute interview asking me about “where do you see yourself in five years?) type questions.

The “real” me is a diverse collection of idiosyncrasies and nuances.  A person of varied talents and extensive knowledge in a range of areas.

I can schedule anyone and anything, make square pegs fit in oval holes and climb tall mountains in high heels while carrying a baby, papoose style on my back.

Do you have a problem that doesn’t fit the box? I am your girl (yes I’m a girl in case you couldn’t tell from the high heels comment) my forte is thinking outside the box, finding unique solutions to everyday otherwise unsolvable challenges.

Organised, friendly, personable, accurate, efficient, focused, customer centric, team leader, morale booster, team supporter, time wise, meets deadlines and exceeds targets.

They are all the “good” things about me, I’m not all roses and candy though – or so I’m told.  I do have some challenging character traits, such as – Opinionated, strong willed, temperamental, I speak my mind, tell it like it is not necessarily how others want it to be; a go-getter with a push through attitude.

My friends will tell you that if they need to be told the honest hard truth they come to me however if they need a soft place to fall I’m their pillow.

Policy and procedure are my passion if they don’t work then business doesn’t work.  There is nothing more important than having a team that is working toward the same ultimate goal. The action of having factions pulling in opposite directions causes stand still-itis.

Great leaders in business inspire their staff to be great too.  I am a great leader, I inspire, I train, I encourage my team to reach for the stars; to be the best (insert career) they can be.

I pull no punches and I tell no lies, with me you get what you see and nothing less.
