With so much noise out there, pushing and pulling in every direction, it is important to stop and take stock. Take time to breathe and find peace to quieten down the noise.
I listen to so many podcasts and follow so many “entrepreneurs” on social media, all of which are touting their own way to succeed and telling me how their way is better and I should buy this course or that course to find my way in business. So many voices, so many ways, I need to stop and listen to myself. How do I want my business to be? What clientele do I want to focus on? How many clients do I want? Do I really need more than I can handle? The point of going into business for me at least is not to make millions or get the most followers on Insta. Going into business – coaching others to find what is holding them back and assisting them to listen to their own voice in their head and not my voice or someone else’s voice, business for me is to be successful at helping others find their voice.

I lost sight of my “why” for a while and thought I had to keep signing up for worksheets and seminars and train my brain etc, when what I really needed to do was to stop listening to everyone else and watching how they are succeeding and comparing myself to them. I needed to take stock of my own gifts and talents and work out how I can use them to help YOU to find your own way, your own dreams your own peace.
If you want to know how to find your way, If you are slightly stuck on a roundabout going in circles and need someone to break the cycle with you, I can do that for you. Simply by helping you to sift through the noise in your brain, guided meditation, breathing technique and writing it out. Sounds pretty simple doesn’t it? These are the three things that anyone needs to find their own voice and sift through the noise.

Are you interested in learning how to use these three tools effectively? Would you like more of your type of more? Want to get off the roundabout? Why not give me a call for a free 15 minute goal setting session over the phone.
